The Golden Future of America

"The idea of a Golden Age has had a profound impact on the western thought. There is no doubt that the Golden Age was a realistic dream on minds of “the architects of These States ” too."

The Golden Future of America

“The Road Map to the Future of the Nation”
By Boris Tiraspolsky, Founding Member of
"How used you the Great Seal of England?"
"To crack nuts with!"
Mark Twain, The Prince and the Pauper

Great American poet and philosopher Walt Whitman once said about America: "The architects of These States laid their foundations, and passed to further, spheres... Now are needed other architects, whose duty is not less difficult, but perhaps more difficult. Each age forever needs architects. America is not finished, perhaps never will be; now America is a divine true sketch."

These remarkable words about America being a “sketch” of “useful Arts”, were written about hundred fifty years ago. Therefore, there is a great deal of a need for a careful inspection of how America evolved from “a divine true sketch” of “useful Arts” into a divine true masterpiece it was originally intended to be by “the architects of These States”. Let’s take a look at the “true sketch” and boldly compare it to Reality we are currently in.

We casually encounter the “divine true sketch” every day, by picking up a dollar bill from our pockets. The “divine true sketch” is the Great Seal of the United States. However, a very few people know about profound meaning of this national Emblem. No wonder! The significance of the Great Seal of the United States along with a responsibility for teaching how to read, write and count have been overlooked by our Public Educators for a sake of teaching how to use condoms and how to “feel good about yourself”.

As a result, since the time of Walt Whitman we found ourselves being bankrupts that still bragging to be bankers, moralists proud to be hypocrites, judges devoted to petty issues of “political correctness” instead of the Supreme Law of the Land, leaders proclaiming own immature actions as a responsible leadership, arts becoming useless, and shamelessly turned into portraying sexual deviations... Is this a “masterpiece” we intend to passe to “further, spheres...” ourselves? No, this is not!

Lucky we are! We always have the “divine true sketch” before our eyes, and, therefore, we all have a never exhausted opportunity to return to original principals of “the architects of These States”. We just need to look at the “sketch” again and strongly remind ourselves who we are, and what we do, or rather what we originally were ordered to do on the Historic Stage.

On the obverse of the Great Seal of the United States “Eagle displayed, on the Summit of a Doric Column“, and “the Shield is born on the breast of an American Eagle without any other supporters, to denote that the United States of America ought to rely on their own Virtue". This is the key Principle for defining the Nation’s Mission on the Historic Stage and identifying National Character being able of accomplishing that Mission.

The Doric order was the simplest and sturdiest of all three orders of the ancient Greek architecture. It directly points out to the Golden Age, that is the ultimate dream of everlasting peace, prosperity, and joy for people on the earth. However, the Golden Age is not just one of those utopist dreams that may never come true. The Golden age is the historic precedent. It had happened once in the real life and therefore, can and must happen again.

The true historic existence of the Golden Age is described  by Greek poet Hesiod, and later confirmed by great Greek philosophers Plato, and Greek poet Ovid.

Hesiod tells of "A golden race of mortal men who lived in the time of Kronos when he was reigning in heaven. And they lived like gods without sorrow of heart, remote and free from toil: miserable age rested not on them . . . The fruitful earth unforced bare them fruit abundantly and without stint. They dwelt in ease and peace upon their lands with many good things."

Similarly writes Ovid in the sixth book of his Metamorphoses: "In the beginning was the Golden Age, when men of their own accord, without threat of punishment, without laws, maintained good faith and did what was right. . . . The earth itself, without compulsion, untouched by the hoe, unfurrowed by any share, produced all things spontaneously. . . . It was a season of everlasting spring."

In Works and Days Hesiod divided time into five ages:--the Golden age, ruled by Cronos,"these days are a great blessing to men on earth" when people lived extremely long lives "without sorrow of heart"; the Silver age, ruled by Zeus; the Bronze age, an epoch of war; the Heroic age, the time of the Trojan war; and lastly the Iron age, the corrupt present. The idea of a Golden Age has had a profound impact on the western thought. There is no doubt that the Golden Age was a realistic dream on minds of “the architects of These States ” too.

The most eloquent part of the Great Seal of the United States leading to the aspirations of the Golden Age is  three Latin mottos: “E pluribus unum” (Out of many one), “Annuit coeptis" (He has favored all our undertakings), and "Novus ordo seclorum" (New order of ages). These three mottos precisely define the Nation’s Historic Mission on the Historic Stage: to always strive for forming the future Golden Age, and identify key property of National Character necessary for forming the Golden Age. (Read More... )

These mottos directly correlate to the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States that orders “to form a more perfect Union”. However, the amazing thing is that all these profound philosophical concepts are present and naturally involved in every day life of all American people. There is no man, woman, or even child in the United States who is deprived from possessing them. Moreover, all these ideas are an integral part of the “exchange of values” on the Market Place, and the “blood circulation” of the Nation.

There is no American who does not have this “divine true sketch” of “useful Arts” in his possession. It is always available for checking the road map to the future of the Nation - the Golden Age. It always  reminds the true Historic Mission of the Nation - to set a model of the Golden Age for the rest of the entire World. It points out to a reliance on “own Virtue” by National Character necessary "to form a more perfect Union” with everlasting peace, prosperity and joy for ourselves and our Posterity.

President Bush said...

"My call for our [Republican] party is to be open-minded."

President George W. Bush

President Bush said: "My call for our party is to be open-minded. Obviously, we got whipped in 2008. Republican leaders are re-examining both their message and their messengers. The party need not change its basic tenets such low taxes and a strong defense. There ought not be any litmus tests as to whether or not you can be a Republican."

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky:

Dear President Bush! Your call for the Republican Party is right on time. I agree "Republican leaders must re-examine both their message and their messengers."

There is only one problem. Being "open minded" is not an IDEOLOGICAL PRINCIPLE necessary in U.S. Ideological Civil War with those who represent "wrong ideologies" destroying our Republic and the Constitution.

Regardless of how "open-minded" Republicans may be there are always more "open minded" Democrats out there. To withstand "wrong ideologies" one needs the RIGHT IDEOLOGY.

Some time ago I wrote an article expressing ideas that in my view give a good chance for the Republican Party to become a party of Power again. Here is my article. Please, read. The Party of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution

The ways we interpret the U.S. Constitution

"...interpretations of the Constitution by people denying the absolute authority of the Supreme Law of the Land is ethically wrong and esthetically appalling."

New Year advice how  to be
ethically right and esthetically superb
by Boris Tiraspolsky, Founding Member of

It is a distinctive ability of a culturally fashioned Human Mind to interpret texts. However, there is a great deal of difference in approaches to do that. One by trying to learn in depth what a text impartially conveys discovers new layers of meaning in that text. Another one imposes on that text own “cultural” view inevitably distorting and misrepresenting an original text.

The Text of the Constitution of the United States - the Supreme Law of the Land - happened to be a major “victim” of flourishing “cultural” views by the American people, both governed and governing. One does not have to go far for proving that!

The newly elected President dares to say publicly that the Constitution of the United States “is not finished doc-ument”. The Congress is notorious for having a long history of ignorance in constitutional issues. U.S. courts including the U.S. Supreme Court disregard almost any constitutional inquiry considered as “politically incorrect”. Furthermore, majority of the U.S. population accepts and supports all these “cultural“ happenings imposed on the Constitution.

A clear sign of the described above problem is an artificial domination of strictly “judicial” way of interpreting the text of the Supreme Law of the Land. The latter almost totally abandoned the fundamental principles of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution that deals with vital matters of practical ideas and Ideals of the Constitution in every day live of the people.

Needles to remind that the Constitution of the United States being the embodiment of absolute Ethics - the people’s code of moral conduct, and perfect Esthetics - the people’s “useful” ability to distinguish Beauty from ugliness - was never intended to be monopolized for interpreting by lawyers imposing their “cultural” views and skillfully twisting words.

Therefore, any so-called pure “judicial” interpretations of the Constitution must be always “supreme” ethically and esthetically. And a vice versa: interpretations of practical ideas and Ideals of the Constitution supposedly impacting every day life of the people must not be controversial to the Principles ordained and established by the Supreme Law of the Land.

In other words a lack of presence absolute Ethics in and comprehension of perfect Esthetics by minds of those performing “judicial” interpretations of the Constitution - from district Magistrates to Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court - makes those interpretations predictably erroneous both judicially and ideologically. Evidently, any ideological interpretations of the Constitution by people denying the absolute authority of the Supreme Law of the Land is ethically wrong and esthetically appalling.

The moral declaration of truth

"On the January 20th of 2009 according to the Word of the U.S. Constitution you [president-elect Barack Obama] will make the most important moral declaration of truth in your life before the entire Nation: Oath of Affirmation."

An Open Letter to the President-Elect Barack Obama
From Boris Tirasposly,
Founding Member of American Ideological Society

December 20, 2008

Congratulations on your winning the election for the Highest Office of the Land, Mr. Obama! Happy Christmas and New Year to you and your Family! Although, I never voted for you due to my disagreement with the ideological platform of your election campaign - open anticonservatism, indistinct calls for a “change” I was supposed to “believe in” and promises to solve the current “economic crisis” no experts know what to do with - I recognized your exceptional orator skills and extraordinary ability to raise funds.

Just a side note: I did not vote for any presidential candidate in the 2008 presidential campaign because of my dispute with their either wrong values, or vague practical ideas and ideals. My “independent” philosophy is fully based on the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution and stands for the absolute Ethics and the perfect Esthetics of the Supreme Law of the Land. The latter ought to be fulfilled in every day life “of the people by the people with the people“.

Nevertheless, the majority of American voters elected you and now you will be the next President of the United States, the country I am a proud Citizen and a passionate Patriot of.

On the January 20th of 2009 according to the Word of the U.S. Constitution you will make the most important moral declaration of truth in your life before the entire Nation: Oath of Affirmation. The first part of it will obligate you to “faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States...”.

My concern is not about that part of your Oath. You got a presumption of my trust even in spite of the corruption case involved your close party comrade - the Governor of your home State. My unease relates to the second part of your Oath of Affirmation: “...and with the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States”. How will you practically fulfill this part of your Oath? Explain, please.

My reasonable doubt arises out of a few disturbing circ-umstances occurred during your election campaign and a time of transfer the Power from the Republican Administration to yours. The most troubling circ-umstance is your public statement defining the Constitution of the United States as not a “finished” doc-ument.

Do you really deem both the Invisible Hand of absolute Ethics and the Divine Word of perfect Esthetics of the Constitution not polished and refined enough? If so, who and how is going “to finish” the Constitution? You and your future Administration implementing your call for “change? I insist on your precise and practical answer. Don‘t you know, that the verb “to finish” has also another meaning: “to bring to the end” and “to kill”?

One may have any opinion about the Constitution and even deny the absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics of the Supreme Law of the Land. However, the President of the United States according to the Word of the Constitution must “preserve, protect and defend” the Constitution every day of his presidency and not “to finish“ it. Do you agree with that?

Another alarming circ-umstance is your refusal to publicly present your original Birth Certificate with no sanitations and disclose a name of Hospital you were born after all. It is absolutely necessary in order to stop once and forever all the rumors that you may not be “a natural born Citizen” of the United States. According to a precise order of the Constitution: “no Person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President...”

That is not all! Recently, you have made a few appointments of top members in your future Administration. One of those appointments happened to be unconstitutional. The Constitution in Article I, Section 6 specifically orders:

“No Senator, or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created or Emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time..”. Do I need to name the Senator you have appointed to “civil Office under the Authority of the United States” in contradiction to the Word of the Constitution?

Do I need to name the Senator you have appointed to “in contradiction to the Word of the Constitution? Do you truly think that a retroactive decrease of “Emoluments” by your party comrades in Congress just for a single purpose to accommodate your appointment of Mrs. Clinton to become the Secretary of State could make this appointment more “constitutional“? What about the Constitution’s order: “No... ex post facto law shall be passed“, Article I, Section 9?

The Article II, Section 1 does say: “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America”. However, the latter makes you a faithful and humble Servant of the Constitution and not a Master with the Power over the Spirit, the Word and the Intent of the Supreme Law of the Land.

There is still some time left before you take Oath of Affirmation. Therefore, you have a rare opportunity to begin practically “preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States” in advance and make your future moral declaration to be the truth no one can deny.

I am confident that the very first proper step in that noble endeavor is with the best of your Ability publicly and honestly to answer the questions and resolve the controversies mentioned in this letter of mine.

Sincerely,
Boris Tiraspolsky, writer

Senator Clinton can't be appointed

"President and Congress are obligated to the best of their ability, "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States" and not to insult our intelligence." - Boris Tiraspolsky

When the U.S. Constitution says "no Senator... be appointed"
Congress lowers the salary in order to appoint Senator Clinton

According to information published by Telegraph.uk Hillary Clinton 'to earn less' than Condoleezza Rice as Secretary of State "Congress has lowered the salary for America's most senior diplomatic post to keep Mrs Clinton's nomination within the US constitution.

A section of the latter called the Emoluments Clause states that no member of Congress can be appointed to a government post if that job's pay was increased during the lawmaker's current term.

Mrs Clinton, a New York senator, might have been ineligible to serve as secretary of state because she was serving in Congress when Miss Rice's salary was raised to its current level of $191,300.

On Wednesday, the House of Representatives and Senate dealt with the issue by putting the secretary of state's salary back to $186,600, its level in January 2007 when Mrs Clinton began her second Senate term.

Even at the lower rate, it is more money than her Senate salary.

Senators now make $169,300 and are expected to receive a raise to $174,000 next year."

Comment by rtwngprof on Lucianne.com News Forum:

"The emoluments clause of the Constitution says that a member of Congress cannot take a job for which a pay raise was voted while said member was in Congress.

It doesn't say she can't take the raise, it says she can't take the job.

"No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time ..."

The Party of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution

"The GOP needs to become the Party of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution, representing and truly advancing the absolute Ethics and the perfect Esthetics of the Supreme Law of the Land. The Party that could realistically narrow the gap between the Spirit, the Word, the Intent of the U.S. Constitution and the reality the American people live in."

The GOP in the current crisis of human affairs
by Boris Tiraspolsky

After the initial shock of the 2008 National Election, conservative political pundits have been trying to figure out the cause of this historic defeat allowing Democrats to gain a control of  the Executive branch and also substantially increase a number of seats in the Legislative branch of the U.S. Government.
In general, all analysis of the GOP 2008 Presidential campaign could be condensed to the four fallowing categories that attempt to explain why the Republican lost the White House:

1. The right message, the right messenger, but ineffectually organized campaign;
2. The right messenger, but the weak message,  and poorly organized campaign;
3. The wrong messenger, ineptly organized campaign, but the right message;
4. The wrong message, the wrong messenger and poorly organized campaign.

There is perhaps some truth in all four categories mentioned above that caused the defeat of the GOP. Although, I think the last category on the list - “the wrong message, the wrong messenger and poorly organized campaign“ - is the closest to the reality of what happened in the 2008 National Election to the Republican Party.

I am not a member of any Political Party. However, I always voted for the GOP’s old “right message”. Sometimes I did it even regardless of a “right messenger”. Alas! In the 2008 National Election I did not have my Party to vote for. Moreover, I think that wining the presidency in 2008 would have been almost an impossible endeavor for the Republican Party regardless of circ-umstances. Let me explain why.

Currently, the Nation is at a historical “T” intersection. There is no familiar and comfortable Straight Pathway the country enjoyed and benefited both politically, economically, socially, culturally for the last almost thirty years. A new Straight Pathway ought to be found as soon as possible. It is a matter of the Nation’s well-being and the Nation’s future. A “T“ intersection offers only two limited choices: either to take a LEFT turn, or to take a RIGHT turn.

Calculatingly, the Leadership of the Democratic Party offered the “left” turn to the American people who for a long time observed the obvious loss of Straight Pathway and very little effort to find and choose a new Straight Pathway by the ruling Republican Party. Needless to remind that a historical “left” turn is proven to be “the road to the Hell  paved with good intentions” in the past leading to the “Dead End“ of Socialism.

The defeat of the GOP in 2008 mainly happened because the Republican Leadership never offered the Nation decisively opposite and ideologically superior “right“ turn based on traditional values of conservatism and positively encouraged the American people to continue their Historical Journey through the current “crisis of human affairs“ to fulfill the promise of “a more perfect Union“. Instead of that all Republican candidates were stubbornly and blindly repeating over and over again their old “right message” of “lower taxes”, “smaller government”. “stronger defense”, and etc., that actually called to continue taking the old “good”, but the non-existing Straight Pathway anymore.

Meanwhile, the American people became sick and tired of uncertainties in the dark reality of the lost Straight Pathway. No wander! It is very hard to see a light at the end of a tunnel at a time of the endless War in the Middle East, fears of terrorist attacks with Weapons of Mass Destruction at home, continued and embarrassing dependency on the foreign crude oil, an unresolved problem of the illegal immigration, sky rocking energy and food prices, collapse of the Real Estate market, financial troubles on the Wall Street, failures of the American auto industry, rising unemployment, and etc.

The Democratic propaganda machine supported by a bias media - made everything possible to directly associate with and blame for this current “crisis of human affairs” the Republican President and the Republican Party. Not being able to produce own original ideological program, but  the “old hat” discredited Marxist redistribution of wealth, Democrats cynically imitated in their election campaign  the ideological platform of the National Socialist Party (Nazis) in the election of 1933 in Germany. The latter worked  well 75 years ago, and it worked again for the Democratic Party in the 2008 National Election in the United States.

This was an obvious very sharp “left” turn millions conservative Americans voted against of in 2008. However, the majority of voters including some conservatives were captivated by a Barack Obama’s well-articulated message of “anticonservatism“, his demagoguery call for a “change”, and his messianic promises to save the Nation from the current “crisis” of “the historic proportion“.

It is self-evident that the Nation is currently in a “crisis of human affairs” and undergoing an unprecedented and fundamental historical transformation. The latter requires an adequate extraordinary Message and a great Messenger - true Statesman being able not only to passionately articulate that message, but actually deliver it. Can Democrats in Power do that?

The Republican Party arguably is the only political party in the United States that still can produce both the “right” political, economic. social and cultural Message in “crises of human affairs” and the “right” Messenger to lead the Nation away from the historical “Dead End“ of Socialism currently offered by the Democratic Party to the American people.

Republicans just need to rediscover the old, but never aged principles of conservatism originally formed the party of Abraham Lincoln. These principles derived from and based on practical ideas and Ideals of the Constitution of the United States “to form a more perfect Union“.

In other words, the victorious future of the GOP entirely depends on this uncorrupted ideological platform no one can deny either inside, or outside the Party. As John Marshall once said: “... a constitution, intended to endure for  years to come, and consequently to be adapted to the various crises of human affairs”.

The GOP needs to become the Party of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution, representing and truly advancing the absolute Ethics and the perfect Esthetics of the Supreme Law of the Land. The Party that could realistically narrow the gap between the Spirit, the Word, the Intent of the U.S. Constitution and the reality the American people live in.

Wrong thing at the tempting moment

“Racism is how this country was founded and how this country is still run!…” -
 Pastor Jeremiah Wright

"...race is an issue that I believe this nation cannot afford to ignore right now." -
President-elect Barack Obama"

"A more perfect Union" according to Barack Obama
or ignorance of the president - elect in
the American History and the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution

President-elect Barack Obama said:

"We the people, in order to form a more perfect union."

Two hundred and twenty one years ago, in a hall that still stands across the street, a group of men gathered and, with these simple words, launched America's improbable experiment in democracy. Farmers and scholars; statesmen and patriots who had traveled across an ocean to escape tyranny and persecution finally made real their declaration of independence at a Philadelphia convention that lasted through the spring of 1787.

The doc-ument they produced was eventually signed but ultimately unfinished. It was stained by this nation's original sin of slavery, a question that divided the colonies and brought the convention to a stalemate until the founders chose to allow the slave trade to continue for at least twenty more years, and to leave any final resolution to future generations.

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky:

All the above quotes are taken from a public speech by Mr. Obama made on March. 18, 2008 in Philadelphia. His eloquence was dedicated primarily to solving a controversy of his twenty year relationship with Pastor Jeremiah Wright.  (Transcript of Obama's speech on race

However, my comment here is not about that controversy. My comment is about an ignorance of the president - elect in the American History and most importantly in the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution.

Let's begin with his first statement: "Two hundred and twenty one years ago, in a hall that still stands across the street, a group of men gathered and, with these simple words, launched America's improbable experiment in democracy."

This ideological statement by Mr. Obama is very difficult to agree with. The Framers of the U.S. Constitute never launched "experiment in democracy."  And I doubt that they would had appreciated Mr. Obama's statement: "experiment in democracy". The latter was never on minds of those 39 men who signed Articles of the U.S. Constitution in that Spring of  1787.

There is no question that all thoughts of the Framers were about an Ideological Instrument to establish the Constitutional Republic that would be able to secure Blessings of Liberty for them and their Posterity. The word "democracy" never was a part of the U.S. Constitution's vocabulary.

The second statement by Mr. Obama is totally unsupported with historical facts. Mr. Obama said: "Farmers and scholars; statesmen and patriots who had traveled across an ocean to escape tyranny and persecution finally made real their declaration of independence at a Philadelphia convention that lasted through the spring of 1787." That is simply incorrect.

The Declaration of Independence was signed by the Founding Fathers in 1776 and after seven years of the war finally, in February of 1783 George III issued his Proclamation of Cessation of Hostilities, culminating in the Peace Treaty of 1783. Signed in Paris on September 3, 1783, the agreement — also known as the Paris Peace Treaty — formally ended the War for Independence. Therefore, the Paris Peace Treaty "made real"  the Declaration of Independence in the autumn of 1773.

The next statement by Mr. Obama is another questionable revelation: "The doc-ument [The Constitution of the United States] they produced was eventually signed but ultimately unfinished. It was stained by this nation's original sin of slavery..."

As far as it concerns Mr. Obama's thought about the Constitution being "ultimately unfinished", it is a pure product of Mr. Obama's imagination. The Framers signed the fully complete doc-ument. No matter what Mr. Obama may think or imagine. Period. Another thing is an accusation of the Constitution in prolonging a slavery in America. It is a serious ideological attack. Here is my response "to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution".

The U.S. Constitution is a full embodiment of absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics. It is a call for "a more perfect Union" with fulfilling  the Eternal Dream of Mankind for justice, domestic tranquility, common defense and general welfare.

That is exactly why I think that is totally wrong to mud the Constitution with stains of the "nation's original sin of slavery...". Let me remind Mr. Obama that it was the U.S. Constitution that became instrumental in abolishing the slavery in America. It looks like Mr. Obama being carried away by his eloquence forgot about that undeniable fact.

I understand that Mr. Obama's speech was with a good intention to condemn racism and find ways to overcome this ugly part of the American history. I am all for it too! Just one last comment. As great Benjamin Franklin once said: "Remember not only to say the right thing in the right place, but far more difficult still, to leave unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment."

Defeat of Ideology of no Ideology

"Among a few unlucky words in the American political vocabulary the word IDEOLOGY is perhaps the unluckiest one."

Why the Nation is armless in struggle with
ideological enemies and their collaborates

by Boris Tiraspolsky

In his article 'Day of Reckoning': A Review of Pat Buchanan's Latest Book' Tony Blankley writes: "As my friend always does in his books, brother Patrick combines shrewd analysis and his own crisp and passionate words with wonderful quotes from others. He quotes George Orwell's observation that "ideology animates 'the streamlined men who think in slogans and talk in bullets.'" That description remains as fresh as this evening's cable political talk shows and news reports. I cite that quote because, for me, one of the strongest elements in "Day of Reckoning" is Buchanan's remorseless assault on ideology -- whether being used by imperialists, free traders or cultural manipulators. This may sound surprising to some because these days, many people both on the left and right proudly support their respective ideologies. But like Buchanan, I was educated in an age when conservatives proudly asserted that conservatism was, by definition, the absence of ideology. Ideology was -- and remains -- the product of intellectuals who substitute for the wisdom of the ages, the organic unfolding of their institutions, the teachings of their faith and common sense their own fanatical belief that their ideas can (in Russell Kirk's words) convert our world "into a terrestrial paradise through the operation of positive law and positive planning." Or as Pat writes: "Ideology has one foot grounded in reality, but the other is ever on quicksand. For no one can know the future. Yet the True Believer has moral certitude, for his ideology foretells a future certain to come if the sacrifices are sufficient and the anointed leaders are faithfully followed." And with that bit in his teeth, Pat runs riot through the ideologies of free trade, Bushian wars-for-democracy arguments and open borders theories. It is not only honest, solid historic reporting but also splendid, angryprose."

The following is not a review on the review by Tony Blankley. The quote from the article by Tony Blankley clearly defines three major general categories of the American people:

1. Those who minds are being infiltrated with “wrong ideologies“;
2. Those who are preaching “ideology of no ideology”;
3. Those who are choosing between “wrong ideologies” and “ideology of no ideology”.

I tend to think that this definition is more precise then a simple and commonly accepted division on "liberals" - by definition, questionable Ideology, and "conservatives" - "by definition, the absence of ideology".

The only problem is that neither of the defined above categories of the American people is able to develop superior anti-terrorist Ideological Instruments, nor become Ideological Force necessary for “ideological struggle of the 21st century” - global battle with Islamic jihadists waged total war against the United States. (Read more...)

Among a few unlucky words in the American political vocabulary the word IDEOLOGY is perhaps the unluckiest one. A recent book by Pat Buchanan just adds another drop in already full basket of negative connotations related to the word IDEOLOGY.

The problem of misunderstanding and misinterpreting the word IDEOLOGY by the American intellectuals and consequently by the majority of the American people results in a lack of general ideological awareness of the Nation. Consequently, it causes the current ideological defeat of the United States in global battle with Islamic jihad.

Let me define again the word IDEOLOGY. “The original meaning of the word “ideology” is “the Science of ideas and ideals“. Ideology specifically identifies practical usage of ideas that originate from the Progress of human Ethics - principles of moral conduct, and Esthetics - perception of beauty and ugliness. Needless to stress that both, Ethics and Esthetics are literally shaping a civilized society. (Read more...)

There is no doubt that a massive misuse of “principles of moral conduct” and abuse of “perception of beauty and ugliness” in the modern History are among major contributors to a negative perception related to the word IDEOLOGY.

However, misusing and abusing Ethics and Esthetics have nothing to do with IDEOLOGY, but with men lacking PRINCIPLES of Ethics and Esthetics, and more precisely - absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics.

For anyone who still thinks that such PRINCIPLES do not exist I highly recommend to read works by Abraham Lincoln and the text of the Constitution of the United States being a full embodiment of absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics for the last more then 200 years.

The latter makes the Constitution the most powerful Ideological Weaponry in battle with Terror (Read more... ). It also makes the Constitution an Ideological Instrument against all Ideological Enemies of the Nation and their collaborates. Therefore, the People of the United States  are fully responsible for the further Progress of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution. (Read more...)

If it didn’t leave you teary-eyed...

"Bear in mind, also, that this year’s presidential election was a clear referendum on political philosophies — and the progressive [liberal] philosophy won." - Paul Krugman

My verdict

Here is another quote by Paul Krugman, famous liberal economist and Obama's supporter. On October 13, 2008, it was announced that Mr. Krugman would receive the Nobel Prize in Economics.

"
Tuesday Nov. 4, 2008, is a date that will live in fame (the opposite of infamy) forever. If the election of our first African-American president didn’t stir you, if it didn’t leave you teary-eyed and proud of your country, there’s something wrong with you."

I do not think anything is wrong with me if the election of our first African-American president didn’t leave me teary-eyed and did not make me more proud of my country that I have been always proud of.

Sorry, Mr. Krugman, but your verdict can be hardly accepted as a moral authority.

Although, this election did stir me.

I never thought it would be a such strong feeling of rejection wrong ideological views Obama and his party are about to impose on the Nation both politically, economically and culturally.

What upsets me a lot there is no real ideologically mature opposition to this looming disaster.

I can tell you why people never learn from own mistakes.

Because they attempt to do that by making the very same mistakes.

That is precisely what I currently observe on the Republican side.

One should recognize that neither modern liberalism ("progressive philosophy"), nor very much admired by me conservatism are true developed IDEOLOGIES.

They are just ideological views that allow liberals to use and manipulate wrong ideologies (Socialism and/or National Socialism to obtain Power (Read more...),  and let conservatives to preach "ideology of no ideology" and be hypocritical by saying: "Read my lips: no more taxes", or "smaller government" never keep their word.

One may argue that IDEOLOGY is a root of a related ideological view. That is correct, but the latter is not necessarily matures to a level of Ideology.

That is why Ideology should not be ever substituted for ideological views.
What a good start for Republicans to mature ideologically, after all!

To me the only true Ideology is the Ideology of the Constitution of the United States merging absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics.

It is a paramount in practical wisdom and profundity.

It is that Invisible Hand that forms one's soul and one's mind.

It is a merge of practical ideas and ideals one may with no reservation pledge one's Life, one's Fortune, and one's sacred Honor.

I do believe in the Divine Nature and the Invisible Hand of the Constitution, and they are capable of making true miracles for the Nation politically, economically and culturally.

Is something wrong with me?

Frankly, I could not care less.

If the entire population of the United States is not with the Ideology of the Constitution, I am with absolute Ethics and perfect Esthetics of the Constitution and not with wrong and/or eclectic ideological views of the population.

That is my verdict, Mr. Krugman!

Therefore, if the election of our first African-American president didn't leave your teary-eyed and did not make you more proud of your country that you have been always proud of, there is nothing wrong with you either, regardless of what a Nobel Prize winner Mr. Krugman authoritatively said.

Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev said...

"This is a man of our times, he [Barack Obama] is capable of restarting dialogue, all the more since the circ-umstances will allow him to get out of a dead-end situation. Barack Obama has not had a very long career, but it is hard to find faults, and he has led an election campaign winning over the Democratic Party and Hillary Clinton herself. We can judge from this that this person is capable of engaging in dialogue and understanding current realities." - Mikhail Gorbachev

Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev

Gorbachev said that after transforming his country in the late 1980s, he had told the Americans that it was their turn to act, but that Washington, celebrating its Cold War victory, was not interested in "a new model of a society, where politics, economics and morals went hand in hand."

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky:

My comment is primarily about "transforming" Soviet U-nion in the late 1980's that is widely known under the term "perestroika". It seems that Mr. Gorbachev has forgotten some significant  details.

I want to remind Mr. Gorbachev it was a time when the Empire of Evil - USSR - went totally bankrupt politically, ideologically and most importantly economically.

Wile Mr Gorbachev's initiatives were positive for freedom and democracy in the former Soviet U-nion, the economic policy of his government gradually brought the country close to disaster.

By the end of the 1980's, severe shortages of basic food supplies (meat, sugar) led to the reintroduction of the war-time system of distribution using food cards that limited each citizen to a certain amount of product per month.

Moreover, there was literally nothing on shelves of stores everywhere including usually relatively well supplied the capital of the USSR Moscow. I had seen that result of "perestroika" with my own eyes.

Let me also remind Mr Gorbachev that in the late 1980's a growing tension among the ruling communist elites of the central  government and so-called national Soviet Republics ended up with an open confrontation against the central government in Lithuania. Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia and some other national Soviet Republics were about to brake away from the Soviet U-nion.

Hardliners in the Soviet leadership, calling themselves the 'State Emergency Committee', launched the August coup in 1991 in an attempt to remove Gorbachev from power and prevent the signing of the new u-nion treaty. During this time, Gorbachev spent three days (19 August, 20 and 21) under house arrest at a dacha in the Crimea before being freed and restored to power and shortly ousted again.

It was the collapse of the Empire of Evil - U-nion of the Soviet Socialist Republics. Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kurdistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan declared their independence.

Dear Mr. Gorbachev, thank you for your kind advice for a need of far-reaching 'perestroika' reforms in the United States, but you would be much better off keeping it for the current situation in Russia. The latter does need another one especially in the part of freedom and democracy.

Sorry to say that, but you Mr. Gorbachev the last mentor who should give your "perestroika" advise to the people of the United States.

WE THE PEOPLE still keep our Republic and "preserve, protect and defend  the Constitution of the United States" that is in fact our "new model of a society, where politics, economics and morals went hand in hand."

President-elect Barack Obama said...

"The art of any propagandist and agitator consists in his ability to find the best means of influencing any given audience, by presenting a definite truth, in such a way as to make it most convincing, most easy to digest, most graphic, and most strongly impressive." - Vladimir Lenin

Barack Obama:
"America needs a new direction.
That’s why I’m running for President of the United States."

President-elect Barack Obama said: "...we can write our nation’s next great chapter. We can choose to end the failed philosophy... We can choose to take on the special interests.... We can choose hope over fear, unity over division; the promise of change over the power of the status quo. ...Together, we will change this country and change the world."

Comment by Boris Tiraspolsky:

Dear  President-elect Barack Obama, you certainly have "ability to find the best means of influencing any given audience". You do "make it most convincing, most easy to digest, most graphic, and most strongly impressive".

But my point is that people are what they say, and what they say is what they read and learn.

Have you read a good literature?

Read the Constitution of the United States, please! Read it again and again!

The latter never says that you, or any one who is an elected President must "choose to end the failed philosophy... " or for that matter "change this country and change the world".  It precisely says "to form a more perfect Union".

So, just do that!

Believe it or not, but to do that is more then enough to "change this country" and "write our nation’s next great chapter".  Besides, "to form more perfect Union" precisely matches the Oath of Confirmation that if elected U.S. President takes on January 20th every four years.

One of the most important responsibilities of U.S. President is also defined by the Constitution and it reads: "... to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

So, just do that!

Otherwise, all your passionate words sound just like those empty, although sinister slogans that were an integral part of an official Soviet ideological propaganda in the past. And you sound like you have learned the "art" of Bolshevik propagandists and agitators.

The Power of Ideology

"Democrats have learned very well the historical lesson in the mighty POWER OF IDEOLOGY by attacking conservatism, calling for change and emphasizing of crisis. Thus they have won the election of 2008  and Barack Obama is the democratically elected next President of the United States. "

Democratically elected

A Historical Lesson in the Power of Ideology
by Boris Tiraspolsky

Seventy five years ago in 1933 the people of Germany cast their votes.

That year Germans legitimately brought to Power the National Socialist Party (Nazis) and made Adolph Hitler the Head of the Government.

Adolph Hitler and his Nazi party were arousing constituencies by the following IDEOLOGY:

1. They directly opposed CONSERVATISM - the idea that it is best to avoid dramatic social and political change.

2. Dramatic social and political CHANGE was the main slogan of Nazis emphasizing the idea of National renewal.

3. They asserted that the Nation was in political and economic CRISIS and with their help the CRISIS will end and a new age will begin that restores the people to a sense of “belonging, purpose, and greatness“.

What happened after the victory of Nazis in 1933 is well known.

Seventy five years later in 2008 the People of the United States cast their votes.

Americans legitimately brought to Power the Democratic Party and made Barack Obama the President of the United States.

Barack Obama and the Democratic party were arousing constituencies by utilizing the very same ideological platform that worked successfully for Nazis in 1933.

1. Democrats directly opposed CONSERVATISM - the idea that it is best to avoid dramatic social and political change.

2. Dramatic social and political CHANGE was the main slogan of Democrats emphasizing the idea of National renewal.

3. Democrats asserted that the Nation was in political and economic CRISIS and with their help the CRISIS will end and a new age will begin that restores the people to a sense of “belonging, purpose, and greatness“.

What will happen after the victory of Democrats in 2008 remains to be seen.

Let's be accurate!

In spite of American Democrats shamelessly adapting 1933 ideological platform of Nazis in election of 2008  and promoting Socialism in America they are still far from German national-socialists with their inhuman Ideology of the superiority of German race.

However, Democrats have learned very well the historical lesson in the mighty POWER OF IDEOLOGY by attacking conservatism, calling for change and emphasizing of crisis. Thus they have won the election of 2008  and Barack Obama is the democratically elected next President of the United States.

No wander they did! Liberals who are heavily armed with wrong, but  historically proven IDEOLOGY defeated armless conservatives who were fighting with the absence of any coherent ideology, and continuing to be very proud of their "ideology of no ideology".

Will Republicans ever learn that CONSERVATISM IS NOT IDEOLOGY and it never has been ideology?

Conservatism is just a political, and/or economic and/or social view that can be under a certain pressure changed, misrepresented, altered, misused. Therefore, “ideology of no ideology” preaching by conservatives clearly does not work anymore facing ideologically charged opponents.

Obviously, the only way to restore political stand of the Republican Party is to develop own mighty IDEOLOGY capable to confront the Power of Ideology adapted by Democrats.

The new GOP Ideology should be based on a merge of conservative views and practical ideals of the Constitution of the United States making the GOP a party of the Ideology of the U.S. Constitution.

Moreover, for advancing this new GOP Ideology it requires a wide variety of Ideological Instruments and Ideological Forces for ideological Education, PR and all sorts of "useful Arts" necessary to impact ideologically immature minds of the American people.

A symposium in spite of a time of defeat

Symposium (Gr.) - a banquet at which entertaining conversations and exchange of ideas take place.

A symposium in spite of a time of defeat

All food is excellent, aged wine is complete.
Let’s widely open the doors of our modern home!
A symposium in spite of a time of defeat
Is a noble ritual of ancient Greece and Rome.

Let’s get together, dear friends!
And sit together
To celebrate a Gift of Life that never ends
Let’s dine together!

A symposium in spite of a time of defeat
Is our humble win that drives all foes fuming.
They can’t prohibit us to joke, relax and eat,
And boldly face another battle looming.

Let’s get together, dear friends!
And stay together
To worship sacred Liberty that never ends
Let’s drink together!

A symposium in spite of a time of defeat
Is a timeless cause of our inspiration
“To form a more perfect Union”, indeed,
And keep the Republic of the vanquished Nation.

Let’s get together, dear friends!
And laugh together
To overcome regrets by Joy that never ends
Let’s be together!

The U.S. Constitution in battle with Terror

"Our safety, our liberty, depends upon preserving the Constitution of the United States as our fathers made it inviolate. The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." - Abraham Lincoln

The Constitution of the United States as
anti-terrorist Ideological Instrument in battle with Terror
By Boris Tiraspolsky, Founding Member of
American Ideological Society

Ideology of any significant historical doc-ument is a merge of Ethics and Esthetics represented by the doc-ument's original Spirit, written Word, expressing that Spirit, and a total impact on minds of people triggering the intended ethically right and esthetically appropriate Action on the Historic Stage. According to this definition the Constitution of the United States is the single most powerful Ideological Instrument in modern History of the Western Civilization.

For more then two centuries the United States of America have been an actual embodiment of the Invisible Hand and the Divine Word of the Constitution of the United States on the Historic Stage. Every major part in life of the Nation has been ordained and established reflecting the virtuous Ideals of the Supreme Law of the Land:

"...establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity..."

The Divine Word and the Invisible Hand of the Spirit of the Constitution, has been leading the Nation through fruitful and prosper times of Peace and dangerous and painful times of War in the past. There is no doubt, that the Constitution was, is and always will be the vital source of inspiration for the People of the United States.

Unfortunately, the practical impact of the Ideals of the Supreme Law of the Land on all aspects of day-to-day life of an average American had been never a matter of a great concern by the Framers of the Constitution.

Consequently, the predominant majority of the American people have no grasp of what the Ideology of the Constitution is, or they are totally indifferent about the subject.

Ironically, the Constitution of the United States turned into an adamant subject for vigorous debates and radical actions by those who never respected and appreciated either the Law, or the Order.

For a majority of the extremely diverse U.S. population the “Invisible Hand” of the Ideology of the Constitution representing its original Spirit is an anachronism that means almost nothing. For many people in America the “Divine Word” of the Constitution is either absolutely unknown, or represents “false believes” of the Framers of the Constitution.

Ignorance in matters of the Ideals of the Constitution of the United States characterizes ideological immaturity of the American people. The later is a major trend for braking down of the Society at a time of Peace. At a time of War ideological immaturity of the U.S. population undermines security of the United States.

There is a known American folklore passage:

"We have to eat, don’t we?
We can’t eat promises, can we?
We can’t eat the Constitution, can we?"

The truth is that the Ideology of the Constitution is incomparably less developed culture in America then the Ideology of Marxism, or the Ideology of Homosexuality, for instance.

Many American intellectuals either openly collaborate with theories opposite to the Spirit and the Word of the Constitution, or prefer to be “neutral” in the ongoing U.S. Ideological Civil War of “to fight or not to fight Terror”.

Needless to emphasize that the Constitution of the United States is the only historical doc-ument of the Western Civilization that can successfully challenge the Islamic Law, dealing with all aspects of everyday life,  including politics, economics, banking, business law, contract law, family, sexuality, hygiene, social issues, and claiming to be the only Supreme Law of the Land.

The American people must be willing to become Ideological Warriors in struggle with Islamic gihadists in order “to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States“ and "secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity". Otherwise, they make a choice to collaborator with Enemy, and actually succ-umb to the Ideology of the Islamic Law.

Battle with Terror does not abhor emptiness. Ideological immaturity of the American people creates current ideological superiority of enemy in in the Global War with Islamic gihadists.

There is no ideological “neutrality” in battle with Terror. The “blind spot” of the unawareness of the American people in the Ideals of the Constitution of the United States inevitably attracts the “ideals” of the Islamic Law that meticulously deals with all aspects of day-to-day life of an average person.

At the time of total terrorist war waged by Islamic gihadists against the Nation it is natural that the Constitution of the United States needs to become a powerful anti-terrorist Ideological Instrument in ideologically charged battle with Terror.
